You may also create a sampling report of all the The Sampling Tab allows users to create sampling reports of claim lines within this single a specific claim cycle. The sampling report is created to assist you to process and review the claims. As you can preview the claims that are according to your criteria you entered. 

For example, you can sample out all the ‘Accommodation’ claims, or you can sample out all the ‘Flagged’ claims.

Steps to Create a Sample

  2. Click on the +button to initiate the sampling process.

  3. Fill in all the criteria that you wish to include in the sampling.

  4. Click on ‘Create’.

Features of the Sampling Tab

The Sampling Tab provides a wide range of criteria to customize the sampling process:

  • Source: Select the source from which to draw the sampling.

  • Exclude Previous Samples: Tick the this box if you want to exclude previous claims that were part of earlier samples.

  • Size: How large is Define the size of the sample you wish to createbe created.

  • Claim Type: Select whether you want Choose between Chargeable or Non-Chargeable claims.

  • Claim Status: Select Specify which claim statuses you want to include in your the sample.

  • Claim Categories: Select which specific claim categories you want to include in your sample. Entitlement claims are included in Non-Chargeable claims, so selecting Non-Chargeable will automatically include them. Should you wish to select all claim categories, you are not required to tick them one by one—leaving the input field blank will . Leave the field blank to include all categories.

  • Claim Items: Select which Choose particular claim items you want to include in your sample. Should you wish to select all, you are not required to tick them one by one, simply leaving the input field blank will dosample. Leave the field blank to include all items.

  • Finance Checking Date: Select the a date range you wish to draw your claim lines fromto filter claims by their finance checking dates.

  • Type: Select whether you wish Choose to sample by random employees or amount range.

  • Number of Employees: This field will only show when you select ‘Random Employee’ in the ‘Type’. Select how many employees’ data to be included in this sampling report. If you wish to include all, kindly leave the input fields blank.

  • Min Amount: This field will only show when you select ‘Amount Range’ in the ‘Type’. Put in the minimum claiming amount to be included in this sampling report. If you wish to include all ranges, kindly leave the input fields blank.

  • Max Amount: This field will only show when you select ‘Amount Range’ in the ‘Type’. Put in the maximum claiming amount to be included in this sampling report. If you wish to include all ranges, kindly leave the input fields blankeither "Random Employee" or "Amount Range."

    • Random Employee: Selects claims for a specified number of employees.

    • Amount Range: Filters claims based on minimum and maximum amounts.

  • Flagged Claims Only: Tick this box should you only wish to include only flagged claims in the sample.

  1. Approve Claims: Approve selected claims directly from the sampling report.

  2. Place Claims On-Hold: Put specific claims on hold if further clarification or documentation is required.
