To LOCK your GST Filing Cycle : Go to Menu Path: Extended Modules > Malaysia GST > Tax Filing > Tax Filing Filling Cycle Listing
To delete any empty/wrongly created GST Filing Cycle : Go to Extended Modules > Malaysia GST > Tax Filing > Tax Filing Cycle Create
- Key in "Reference No" and click Update
- Click "Lock" to Transfer the GST Balance to Specific GL Code → it will create Journal Transaction for GST Payable
- "Reference No" can be edited even after Tax Filling Cycle is locked
- Please refer to General Malaysia GST Permission for transactions which created under "Locked" filling cycle
