Follow the steps below generate and review comprehensive reports on claim activities associated with various engagements. This feature enables users to monitor claims efficiently, ensuring better compliance and financial oversight.

Navigate to the Engagement Report Section:
From the left sidebar menu, click on Engagement Report to access the page.
Specify Criteria for Filtering Reports:
Use the available filters to refine your report:
Select Claimant: Choose the individual whose engagement report you want to view.
Select Company (Entity): Filter the report by one or more companies/entities associated with the claims.
Job Group Selection: Based on the selected entity, choose a specific job group or select "All Job Groups" to include all groups in the report.
Advanced Search Options: Specify additional filters such as:
Submission Date Range: Specify a date range under the "Submission Date To and From" field

Select Claimant:
Users can choose the claimant for whom they want to view the engagement report.
Select Company(Entity):

Users can choose to view reports for a specific job group or select “All Job Groups” to view reports for all available groups.
Export Report :
After the report has been generated, click the Export Engagement Report button on the right side of the screen. This will download the report.
