#[ Procurement > Supplier Consignment > Report > Stock Balance by Location
- Select Branch → under Procurement (Permission)
- Select Group by Location → under Location maintenance
- Key in Item Code Fuzzy Search → if any
- Key in Item Code Range → if any
- Select Item Category → if any
- Select Item Status → default is active
- Select Item Type → deselect all will generate ALL
- Tick Options → for more information or columns
- Click Generate Report Now
- Click Printable Page → to print current columns
- Click Printable Page 2 → to show EAN code
- Click Printable Page 3 → to show Consignment Balance and Stock Balance
- Click Export Excel xls File → to export current columns to excel file
- Click Export CSV → to export current columns to CSV file
Tips
- RED Background : ABOVE MAX QTY
- GREEN Background : BELOW MIN QTY
- YELLOW Background : LIST PRICE BELOW COST
