Explanation The quotation that contains all the work sheets that have all the information to do the job, to aid the worker in performing a certain task. Contains various types of details such as the prices, photos, estimated completion date, access details, key number, contacts and many others. Also known as the instruction card or job card. |
- The main interface of Create Job Sheet Function, on EMP.
- Key in the respective fields according to the steps labelled as above.
- Key in any relevant keyword into the Item input box to get the list of items available to be choose.
- The details of selected Item and all other details of created Job Sheet will be automatically created upon clicking Submit item.
- The Item are available for Edit, to make any changes if there is any.
- Click Save Job sheet to confirm the Create Job Sheet process.
- The related Job Sheet will be created automatically upon clicking the Save Job Sheet button.
- The Job Sheet Documents are sorted in an ascending order, with the most recent created displayed below.
