Menu Path: Accounting > Journal and Ledger > Add Jtxn

1.Creating a Backdated journal transaction:

The date is set as in backdated, example:

Current Date: 24 / 03 / 2017

Back dated: 14 / 03 / 2017

• Choose the respective values for the fields shown as per the image below, and click save detail before clicking on Add GL Code.
• Click on Confirm and Save button after creating the Journal Transaction.

2.Creating a Future dated journal transaction:

The date is set as in future dated, example:

Current Date: 24 / 03 / 2017

Future dated: 01 / 04 / 2017

• Choose the respective values for the fields shown as per the image below, and click save detail before clicking on Add GL Code.
• Click on Confirm and Save button after creating the Journal Transaction.

• The Audit Trail Report allows to search for both record backdated and future dated transaction:
• Select the date range.
• At the Keyword field, type in backdated journal transaction or future dated journal transaction and click on the Submit button.

Menu Path: Control Panel > Developer > Plugins > Task Scheduler > Create Task

1.Creating a Task:

Below image shows the main interface for Task Scheduler Function on EMP.

Once all the fields are filled, click on Create Task.

Note: All fields are compulsory to fill in EXCEPT for the Description.

Below message will be displayed upon successfully created the Task.

The ERROR MESSAGE below will be shown or pop up if the task is already existed or created task has been attempted to be created once again

2. Check the recorded details of created task on Audit Trail Report

Menu Path: Control Panel > system Admin > Manage User > Audit Trail Report

Below shows the main interface that can be monitored by the user

• All fields has to be filled in appropriately with correct value.
• The report can be generated either by selecting the User tick Option / Branch tick Option
• Click Submit upon completing the fields

Report will be displayed upon clicking on Submit button.

• The image shows the details of created task that has been tracked by the Audit Trail Report
• Besides Create Task, Add, Edit and Delete Task will also be tracked by the Audit Trail Report.
• It will show the remarks, date and the time along with the user account to display which user has created the task

Below shows the main interface that can be monitored by the user

• All fields has to be filled in appropriately with correct value.
• The report can be generated either by selecting the User tick Option / Branch tick Option
• Keyword : Closed the Purchase Order
• Click Submit upon completing the fields

Report will be displayed upon clicking on Submit button.

• The image shows the details of purchase order that has been tracked by the Audit Trail Report
• Audit Trail Report tracked the user who Create, Approve and Close the purchase order.
• It will show the remarks, date and the time along with the user account to display which user has created the task

• All fields has to be filled in appropriately with correct value.
• The report can be generated either by selecting the User tick Option / Branch tick Option
• Keyword : Merged
• Click Submit upon completing the fields

Report will be displayed upon clicking on Submit button.

• The image shows the details of merge customer account that has been tracked by the Audit Trail Report
• It will show date and the time along with the user account to display which user has merged the customer account

• All fields has to be filled in appropriately with correct value.
• The report can be generated either by selecting the User tick Option / Branch tick Option
• Keyword : General Sales Order Listing
• Click Submit upon completing the fields

Report will be displayed upon clicking on Submit button.

• The image shows the details of sales order listing detail that has been tracked by the Audit Trail Report
• Audit Trail Report tracked the user which user generate the report, which branch, which item and what date range

Menu Path: Control Panel > system Admin > Manage User > Audit Trail Report

• All fields has to be filled in appropriately with correct value.
• The report can be generated either by selecting the User tick Option / Branch tick Option
• Keyword : Stock Transfer Details Listing
• Click Submit upon completing the fields
