This page functions to create new campaign for the redemption. You need to create Redemption Campaign before your loyal customers allowed to redeem their points. User may given or use VOUCHER for redemption purposes |
For a redemption criteria, commercially we use a few criteria:
- Point Deduction VS Cash Discount
For Example: 100pts = RM1 ; 10,000 pts = RM100
Item Laptop RM3,000 - (10,000 pts - RM100) = (RM2,900 , -10,000pts) - Point Deduction VS Cash Top-up
100pts = RM1 ; 10,000 pts = RM100
Current Points = 200,000 pts = RM 2,000
Item Laptop RM 3,000 - (200,000 pts , RM2,000) = RM 1,000 (Top-Up)
- Click New Campaign or choose any from drop down list and click Edit
- Key in the Code and Campaign's Name
- Key in Start and End date for the Campaign Reward.
- Click Set Details
- Click Add Rules
this is regular expression (.*) means apply to all items
absolute 100pts will be deducted each time we redeem x1 unit of the redemption
absolute RM(-1) will be deducted each time we redeem x1 unit of the redemption
- Key in actual Item Code for the appropriate Voucher → refer to Notes below
- Key in “.*” for Cat Level 1 , Cat Level 2, Cat Level 3, Cat Level 4 and Cat Level 5to level 10
- Choose the Point Calculations Options
- Absolute Point redemption → customer to exchange a fixed number of points for the product. Example: Product can be redeemed for 30 points. If the customer has enough points he may directly exchange points for the product instead of paying for it.
- Ratio → customer to exchange points based on the price*ratio. Example: RM100 * 0.2 = 20 points to redeem
- Upper Cap → prevents the customer from using more than a specific number of points per-cashsale
- Lower Cap → ensures that all customers have to use a minimum number of points per-cashsale or none at all
- Click Update button
- Click Save & Close button
- Click Confirm & Save at Campaign (Redemption) page → to properly save the whole campaign
- Click Delete Campaign→ to delete the whole campaign
