Before operating the membership program in your company,it is advised to set all the configuration and permissions. Advised not to change the configurations and permissions after a few customers are registered as membership. Unless, the company is changing the membership program policy.
- Select a Branch from the drop down list, click 'Set Branch'.
- The Account Info will be generated by the system.
- Enter the Assigned Card Number, Card Valid Date and Salesman. The default Card Valid Date will be 1 year from the current date.
- Fill in the customer's personal information.
:- The drop down list in the Other Details record is configured in Distribution > Maintenance > Drop Down List.
:- The drop down list in the Phone record is configured in System Admin > EMP Configurations > Customer. - Click 'Set Details'.
- The top part of the page will have a new highlighted field.
- Click 'Create New Member Card Now'.
- A pop up box will ask whether the details entered are correct. Click 'OK'.
- The created member card will be listed in the newly created member card list.
- A customer account will be automatically created by the system for the member card holders. If the customer already has an account, select the Create Member Card option in Edit Customer function, otherwise there will be duplicate account.
