Menu Path: Customer > Membership Program > Member Card > Membership Import
This function is to transfer in the Membership details from CSV (delimited) file to EMP software.
Sometimes, you may receive multiple registration for new membership cards in a day.
Therefore, instead of typing in the each customer's details in the EMP software, you may ease the registration by key-in each customer's details in Excel - CSV file, and later upload it in EMP software.
It is advised to upload it on daily basis if you are receiving large number of member card registration everyday.
Template for importing data > uploadMembershipTemplete.csv
- The above template displays the sample of CSV file with Members' details to import it to EMP.
- Ensure to follow the rules as shown in the image below:
- Click on 'Choose File' to import the CSV file from your desktop and click submit.
