  • Please refer to the excel sheet template for the data comparison.

(A) To get the data: Please go to: Reports>Stock Reports


  • Click  SBR-05 Historical Stock Balance.

  • Select Location,date(fill the closing & opening date),type (select all),transaction type(select all) & click generate report now.


  • Now take the Balancesheet inventory amount & compare it with balance sheet & stock flow report.

(B) For Balancesheet go to Accounting > Financial statement > Balancesheet.

  • Select the Company,fill the Date for opening & closing,Generate Report:


  • Compare it with SBR-05.


(C) Go to Accounting > other functions > stock flow report

  • Select company,date range & generate report now.





(minus) Error Checking

Found any amount in Difference column -> Please report to Technical Support Team
