Permission Settings

Some of the fields described earlier can be hidden using the Settings Menu Item.

System Configuration

Open

The system configuration allows the user to adjust various view settings as described below:

• Application Settings

• Default Selection

• Printable Format Settings

Under the Application Settings, users can adjust certain fields/information they want to view under the Main Menu items.

Open

The Default Selection allows users to set default values for the default branch, location, validity, and pricing scheme.

The Printable Format displays the available and previously created printable formats for the Purchase GRNs in a tabular format. It also allows users to create a new printable format as per their client’s requirements.

Permission Settings

Personalization

Default Selection

From the Default Selection, users can change the default Branch and Location which will override the Master settings. This is useful when one user has access to multiple branches. By selecting the default branch, the user can prioritize which branch to view first.
