Trading => Delivery List
- The delivery function is Trading module allows the user to organize delivery trips to customers based on invoices. For Example, when the user wants to deliver some items, these items are assumed to have an invoice which has been issued previously.
- Therefore, once the user wants to create any delivery trip, user should scan/register these items' invoices in the delivery pool at FIRST.
Trading => Delivery List => Delivery Pool
- There will be 2 sections, Delivery Pool Maintenance AND Delivery Pool List.
- The Delivery Pool List just works for listing purposes.
- In Delivery Pool Maintenance, user has to follow the below steps:
User will need to enter the invoice first into the pool. After entering all these invoices; user will have to click "Add to Delivery Pool" button.
User can notice the message "Successfully added to Delivery Pool" with red color at the top of the page.
