- In order to UPLOAD the GL Codes, user needs to fill in the template in an openOffice Calc
- Please download "Upload GL Code Template" (

- It is compulsory to use the template attached above, or else the file would not be able to be uploaded
- The Header, Description (1st - 4th row) in the file is not required when upload
- Required to save in CSV format, with the filter settings
