2.2 Create Internal Sales GIN
The Create Internal Sales GIN page has further tabs that are Main Details, Account, Lines, Settlement and Department Hdr.

The Main Details has fields that are Branch, Location, Sales Agent, Member Card, Transaction Date, Debit Term, Due Date, Reference, Remarks, Permit No, Currency and Tracking ID.

The Account page has further 3 tabs that are Entity Details, Bill To and Ship To.
2.2.2.1 Entity Details
The Entity Details Page has fields that are Entity ID, Entity Name, Status, Entity Name, Status, Entity Type, Identity Type, ID Number, Currency, GL Code, Description, Email and Phone Number.

The Bill To page has fields that are Name, Email, Phone No, Billing Address, Country, State, City and Postcode.

The Lines page has a table with Item Code, Item Name, UOM, Qty, Unit Price, SST/VAT/GST, and Txn Amount. There is a Plus Button to Add Item. The User can click on the plus button to get to the Select Item page.

2.3 Edit Internal Sales GIN
The User can get to the Edit Internal Sales GIN page by clicking on any of the listings.
2.3.1 Main Details
The Main Details has fields that are Document Type Doc No (Tenant), Doc No (Company), Doc No (Branch), Branch, Location, Sales Agent, Member Card, Transaction Date, Credit Term, Due Date, Reference, Remarks, Permit No, Currency, Customer and Tracking ID.
The fields with “*” sign with them are mandatory to be filled.
2.3.2 Account
The Account page has further 3 tabs that are Entity Details, Bill To and Ship To.

There are 2 options for Users that are to Copy from Entity Name and Copy from Recipient Name.
There is a Delete Button at the very bottom to delete the information added.

The Department page has fields that are Segment, G/L Dimension, Profit Centre, and Project.

The Doc Link tab has 2 pages that are To and From
2.3.3.1.5 Delivery Details
The Delivery Details tab has a search bar and table with Trip No. Driver Name, Vehicle Number, Job Start Date, Job End Date, Delivery Status, Recipient Name and Quantity columns.
2.3.3.1.6 Costing Details
The Costing Details page has tables with Company Code, Location Code, Qty, Moving Average Unit Cost, FIFO Unit Cost, Manual Unit Cost, Last Purchase Unit Cost.

The Edit Issue page has Issue Number and Summary and further tabs that are Details, Planning, Attachment, Comment, Subtasks, Linked Issues, Worklogs and Activity.
There is a save button on top right to save the data filled.

The Comment page has a table with User Name, Comments and Date. The plus sign button can be used to add comments.

The Subtasks page has a table with Issue Type, Issue Number, Summary Description, Assignee, Priority Due and Date Status. he plus sign button can be used to add tasks.
2.3.3.1.9.6 Linked Issues
The Linked Issue page has a table that has Project, Issue Type, Issue Number, Summary Description, Assignee, Priority Due and Date Status. The plus sign button can be used to add Issue.

The Worklog page has a table with Date, Name, Time Spent and Description columns. The plus sign button can be used to add log work.
