The Device Listing page can be accessed by selecting the second icon in the sidebar. This page displays a list of all previously created devices. From here, users can:

  1. Create a New Device

  2. View and Edit Existing Ones

  3. Advanced Filter option that allows users to search based on brand, model, status, and date.

3.1 Creating a New Device

A stock take can involve multiple devices or staff members in a single session. The device can refer to either a customer using a scanner for identification or be created under the staff member’s name for tracking purposes.

To Create A New Device

  1. Click on the '+' button

  2. Fill in the details:

    • Device Name

    • Device Code

    • (Optional: Brand and Model)

  3. Choose a status from the dropdown menu: Active or Inactive.

  4. Click the 'CREATE' button.

The newly created device will then appear on the top of the main Device Listing page.

3.2 Editing an Existing Device

  1. To edit an existing device, double-click on the device in the Device Listing page.

  2. Update the information as needed.

  3. Click the 'SAVE' button to apply the updates.
