The Preview Claim Cycle function allows users to review the details of an ongoing claim cycle, including claims within that cycle, their statuses, and associated information. This feature is essential for ensuring that claim cycles are progressing as expected and for identifying any issues or anomalies.
Navigate to the Claim Cycle section from the Claim Cycle Applet side menu
From the Claim Cycle Listing, select the claim cycle you want to view by clicking on it.
A page will pop up on the right with various tabs. You can scroll through these tabs using the arrow to access all tabs available. The tabs will be explained in detail under Claim Cycle Edit.
