1.0 Chart of Account

Please click the "+" button to Create a new Chart of Accounts.

Open

Please fill up the compulsory * information for creating the Chart of Account. After filling up all Compulsory * information, please click "Save" to add a new Chart of Account.

Compulsory information:

• COA Name

• COA Code - Cannot be modified after creation

Open

After adding the Chart of Account, it will be listed on the main page. Please click on the Chart of Accounts to edit it.

You can edit the Details, Templates, Segments, Dimensions, Profit Center, and Project of the chart of accounts.

Details

In the details tab, the following information can be edited:

• COA Name

• Description

Please click the "save" button to update the changes.

You can click the "delete" button to remove the chart of accounts from the chart of account listing.

Segments

In the segments tab, you can add segments to the chart of accounts.

Please click the "+" button to add a segment to the chart of the account.

The following fields are compulsory:

• Segment code

• Segment Name

Please click the "save" button to add the Segment to the chart of accounts.

After adding the segment, it will be listed in the segments tab. Please click on the segment to edit it.

Only Segment Name, Description, and status can be edited. After updating the status, please click "save".

Dimensions

In the dimensions tab, you can add dimensions to the chart of accounts.

Please click the "+" button to add a dimension to the chart of the account.

The following fields are compulsory:

• Dimension code

• Dimension Name

Please click the "save" button to add the Dimension to the chart of account.

After adding the Dimension, it will be listed in the dimensions tab. Please click on the dimension to edit it. Only dimension Name, Description, and status can be edited. After updating the status, please click "save".

Profit Center

In the profit center tab, you can add the profit center to the chart of accounts.

Please click the "+" button to add a profit center to the chart of accounts.

The following fields are compulsory:

• Profit Center Code

• Profit Center Name

Please click the "save" button to add the profit center to the chart of accounts.

After adding the profit center, it will be listed in the profit center tab. Please click on the profit center to edit it. Only the profit center Name, Description, and status can be edited. After updating the status, please click "save".

Project

In the project tab, you can add a project to the chart of accounts.

Please click the "+" button to add a project to the chart of accounts.

The following fields are compulsory:

• Project Code

• Project Name

• Project Description

Please click the "save" button to add the project to the chart of accounts.

Please click the "save" button to add the project to the chart of accounts.

After adding the project, it will be listed in the project tab. Please click on the project to edit it. Only project Name, Description, and status can be edited. After updating the status, please click "save".
