2.Catalog: Create Catalog >Compulsory information> Edit (General info, Applet, Users)

2.1. Please click the ‘+’ button to add a new catalog.

2.2. Please fill up the compulsory (*) information for creating the catalog. Compulsory Information:

  • Catalog Name

  • Catalog Code

  • Catalog Type -Public or Private

After filled up all Compulsory (*) information, Please click ‘Save’ to add a new Catalog.

2.3. After adding the catalog, it will be listed in the main page. Please click on the catalog to edit it.

2.4 Please edit the Catalog general information from the ‘Details’ tab.

Only the following fields can be edited:

  • Catalog Name

  • Catalog Description

  • Catalog Type

After editing the information, Please click ‘Save’ to update it.

Please click the ‘Delete’ button if you want to remove the catalog from the list.

 

2.5 Please add or delete Applets in the catalog from the ‘Applets’ tab.

Please click the ‘+’ button to add Applets to the catalog.

You can search and select the relevant applets from the list to add in the Catalog.

You can click on the Applet that is listed in the Catalog to remove from the catalog.

2.6 Please Install the Applets for the users in ‘Users’ tab.

You can select the Applet and key in the Email address of the user to install the Applet to their Akaun account. 

After selecting the information, Please click ‘Install’ to install the applet to the user’s Akaun account.
