  • All the Claim Entitlements will be listed here.

  • This setting is mainly for recording the Entitlement Balance of each employee.

  • The following tabs/features are available in this setting:

  • Main Details: In this tab, users can edit the basic information for the claim account, including Account Name, Account Code, and Currency. Users can also enable options such as Display Entitlement Balance and add an item description.

  • Claim Entitlement: This tab allows users to configure the specific entitlements associated with the claim account. Users can assign entitlement types and set any relevant rules or conditions for each entitlement.

  • Account Conversion: Some entitlements share the same threshold, such as Healthcare Benefits - Optical and Healthcare Benefits - Other Medical Benefits. In this tab, users can control the threshold balance conversion between two entitlements to manage shared limits effectively.

  • HR Claim Approval: This tab is used for designating HR personnel who are responsible for approving entitlement claims. Users can add new HR approvers or adjust the approval level for existing personnel by selecting their names.

  • Employee Balance: Here, users can view the entitlement balances for all employees, allowing for easy record-keeping and reference to track available and used benefits.

  • Claim Items: In this tab, users can manage and view the specific items or services included within the claim account, specifying details such as limits, conditions, and eligibility for each item..

The configuration, including entitlement balances and account conversions, is managed by system administrators
