4.0 Invitations

Please click on ‘Invitations’ from the module list and click ‘+’ button to create a new invitation.

Please fill up the compulsory () information for creating the member class. After filled up all Compulsory () information, Please click ‘Create’ to add a new Member class. Compulsory information:

1. Program

2. Lineage Type

3. Inviter

4. Expiry Date

5. Status

6. Invite Type

7. Invite Status

Select Lineage Type as Entity to invite from Entity listing:

1. Select Entity

2. Click Add

Select Lineage Type as Entity Contacts to invite from Entity Contacts listing:

1. Select Entity Contacts

2. Click Add

Select Lineage Type as Members to invite from Members listing: a. Select Members b. Click Add

After adding the Invitation, it will be listed in the main page. Please click on the Invitation to edit it. You can edit the details of the Invitation.

In details tab, the following information can be edited:

1. Program

2. Lineage Type

3. Inviter

4. Expiry Date

5. Status

6. Invite Type

7. Invite Status
