1.1 Internal Purchase Credit Note Listing

The Internal Purchase Credit Note Listing page has a listing table of Purchase Credit Note No. with a Search Bar for purchase order from the listing. The table has columns that:

  1. Internal Purchase Credit Note No

  2. Posting Status

  3. Branch

  4. Supplier ID

  5. Supplier Name

  6. Purchaser

  7. Amount Txn

  8. Status

  9. Updated Date

  10. Created Date

  11. Transaction Date

  12. There is a Plus button to create new purchase orders.

Create Internal Purchase Credit Note

By clicking on the Plus sign button on the Purchase Order Listing page, users will get to the Create Purchase Order Page. This page has further tabs that are Main Details, Account, Line Items, Payment, Department Hdr and KO For.

Main Details

The Main Details Page has fields to be filled which are Branch, Location, Purchaser, Transaction Date, Credit Terms, Reference, Remarks and Currency.

Account

The Account tab of Create Purchase Credit Note tab has 3 further pages that are Entity Detail, Bill To and Ship To.

There is a Reset and Create Button on top right to reset the changes made and a Create Button that is to be clicked in order to create the order after filling in the details in all the pages.

Entity Details

The Entity Details page of the Account tab has fields to be filled that are Entity Detail, Email, Phone No, Shipping Address, Country, State, City and Post Code.

Bill To

The Bill to Page of Account tab has fields that are Name, Email, Phone No, Shipping Address, Country, State, City and Postcode.

Ship To

The Ship to Page of Account tab has fields that are Recipient Name, Email, Phone No, Shipping Address, Country, State, City and Postcode.

Line Items

The Line Items tab has a Table that has information about the items that are Item Code, Item Name, UOM, Qty, Unit Price (inclusive Tax), SST/VAT/GST, Txn Amount.

The page also has a Plus Button that can be clicked to get to the Select Item Page.

Select Item

The Select Item Page has a Search Bar to search for items in the Table Below. The user can click on any item from the table and it will take them to the Add Item Page.

Add Item

The Add Item Page has further pages that include Item Details, Costing Details, Pricing Details and Issue Link.

Item Details

The Item Details page has further tabs that are Main Details, Delivery Instructions and Department.

Main Details

The Main Details Page has all the fields with details of the item that includes:

  • Item Code

  • Item Name

  • UOM

  • Pricing Scheme

  • Unit Price STD (Inclusive of tax)

  • Unit Price STD (Exclusive of tax)

  • Unit Discount

  • Quantity Base

  • Quantity by UOM

  • UOM to Base Ratio

  • Unit Price STD by UOM (Inclusive of tax)

  • Unit Price by STD by UOM (Exclusive of tax)

  • Unit Discount by UOM (Exclusive of Tax)

  • Unit Price Net by UOM (Exclusive of tax)

  • Unit Price Transaction by UOM (Inclusive of tax)

  • Unit Price Net (Exclusive of tax)

  • STD Amount (Unit Price *Quantity)

  • Discount Amount (Exclusive of Tax)

  • Amount Net (Exclusive of Tax)

  • SST Code

  • SST/GST/VAT

  • Tax Amount

Delivery Instructions

The Delivery Instruction page of Item Details has 2 parts:

  • Delivery instruction with Instructions and Delivery Note

  • Delivery Message Card which has 2 checkboxes that are Copy From Entity Name and Copy from Recipient Name. This part also has From, To and Message fields.

Department

The Department page of Item Details page has Segment, G/L Dimension, Profit Centre and Project.

Costing Details

The Costing Details tab provides details related to the costing of the items.

Pricing Details

The Pricing Details page has a UOM and table with columns of Pricing Schema Code, Pricing Schema Name, Unit Price and Modified Date.

Issue Link

The Issue Link page of Add Item has a Search tab and Table with columns:

  • Project Name

  • Issue Number

  • Issue Summary

  • Issue Description

  • Assignee

  • Created Date

  • Resolved Date

  • Status

Edit Issue

The Edit Issue Page has Project and Issue Number, and further tabs that include Details, Planning, Attachment, Comment, Subtasks, Linked Issues, Worklog and Activity.

Details

The Details page has fields with dropdowns that are Project, Issue Type, Assignee, Reporter, Summary, Description, Parent and Created Date.

Planning

The Planning Page has dropdown fields that are Target Started Date, Target End Date, Actual Start Date, Actual End Date, Calculated Start Date, Calculate End Date, Baseline Start Date, Baseline End Date, Billing Currency, Billing Amount, Story Point, Manday Target, Manday Actual, Manday Allocated, Manday Billing.

Attachment

The Attachment page has an Upload file button or Drag and Drop file Anywhere option.

Comment

The Comment Page has a Search Bar to search for comments in the table below and a plus button to create new comments. The table has columns which have Date, User and Comment.

Subtask

The Subtask page includes a Search Bar to search for issues within the table below and a Plus Sign Button to create a new issue under subtasks.

The table contains the following columns:

  • Issue Type

  • Issue Number

  • Summary

Linked Issue

The Linked Issue page includes a Search Bar to search for projects or issues within the table below and a Plus Sign Button to create new linked issues.

The table contains the following columns:

  • Project

  • Issue Type

  • Issue Number

  • Assignee

  • Due Date

  • Status

Worklogs

The Worklog page includes a Search Bar to search for worklogs within the table below and a Plus Sign Button to create or log work.

Log Time

The user will be taken to the Log Work page by clicking on the Plus Sign Button on the worklog page. This page includes the following fields:

  • Activity Type

  • Duration

  • Description

The Activity page within the Edit Issue tab includes the following:

  • Project

  • Issue Number

It also includes a Search Bar to search for activities within the table below.

The table contains the following columns:

  • Date

  • User

  • Activities

The Payment tab of the Create Purchase Credit Note page includes a Plus button to get to the Add Payment page and a table below with the following columns:

  • Payment Method

  • Date

  • Paid Amount

Add Payment

The Add Payment page includes a Settlement Method dropdown and an Add Button on the top right that should be clicked after selecting the method.

The Department Hdr tab of the Create Purchase Credit Note page includes the following dropdowns:

  • Segment

  • G/L Dimension

KO For

The KO For page includes three tabs: KO For Purchase GRN, KO For Purchase Order, and KO For Supplier Delivery Order.

KO For Purchase GRN

The KO For Purchase GRN page includes a table with the following columns:

  • Doc No.

  • Doc Type

  • Ref. No.

  • Txn Date

  • Branch Code

  • Customer

There is a Knock Off button that should be clicked if the user wants to knock off the document.

KO For Purchase Order

The KO For Purchase Order page includes a table with the following columns:

  • Doc No.

  • Doc Type

  • Ref. No.

  • Txn Date

  • Branch Code

  • Customer

There is a Knock Off button that should be clicked if the user wants to knock off the document.

KO For Supplier Delivery Order

The KO For Supplier Delivery Order page includes a table with the following columns:

  • Doc No.

  • Doc Type

  • Ref. No.

  • Txn Date

  • Branch Code

  • Customer

Edit Purchase Credit Note

Main Details

The Main Details page of Edit Purchase Credit Note has fields to be filled which are Document Type, Document No (Tenant), Document No (Company), Document No (Branch), Branch, Location, Purchaser, Transaction Date, Credit Terms, Reference, Remarks Currency. The fields with “*” sign with it is mandatory to be filled.

Account

The Account tab of the Edit Purchase Credit Note tab has 3 further chapters that are Entity Detail, Bill To and Ship To.

There is a Reset, Final and Save Button on top right to reset the changes made and Final Button that is to be clicked in order to finalize the changes made after filling in the details in all the pages. The save Button is to save the changes made.

Entity Details

The Entity Details page of the Account tab has fields to be filled that are Entity ID, Entity Name, Status, Entity Type, Identity Type, ID Number, Currency, GL Code, Description, Email and Phone Number.

Bill To

The Bill to Page of Account tab has fields that are Name, Email, Phone No, Shipping Address, Country, State, City and Postcode.

Ship To

The Ship to Page of Account tab has fields that are Recipient Name, Email, Phone No, Shipping Address, Country, State, City and Postcode.

Line Items

The Line Items tab has a Table that has information about the items that are Item Code, Item Name, UOM, Qty, Unit Price (inclusive Tax), SST/VAT/GST, Txn Amount.

The page also has a Plus Button that can be clicked to get to the Select Item Page.

Select Item

The Select Item Page has a Search Bar to search for items in the Table Below. The user can click on any item from the table and it will take him to the Add Item Page.

The Delivery Instruction page of Item Details has 2 parts:
