Please click the "+" button to Create a new GL Code.

Open

Please fill up the compulsory * information for creating the GL Code. After filling up all Compulsory * information. Please click "Save" to add a new GL Code.

Required Information: 1. GL Code 2. GL Name 3. Chart of account - list of Chart of accounts which are created in the Chart of Account module. 4. GL Category - List of GL Categories from GL Category Module. 5. Description

Open

After adding the GL Code, it will be listed on the main page. Please click on the GL Code to edit it.

You can edit the details of the GL Code

Details

In the details tab, the following information can be edited:

• GL Name

• Chart of Account - Created in Chart of Account module.

• GL Category - Can move the GL Code from the current GL Category to another GL Category which is already created

• Description

Please click the "save" button to update the changes.

You can click the "delete" button to remove the GL Category from the GL Category listing.
