The "Claim Cycle History Listing" page allows users to view and manage historical claim cycles. The following actions can be performed:

  1. View Claim Cycles:

    • All claim cycles are listed here, displaying their status (e.g., CLOSED, OPEN).

  2. Advanced Search:

    • Use advanced filtering options to search for specific claim cycles by criteria such as name, opening date, and closing date.

  3. Edit Claim Cycles:

    • Click on any claim cycle from the listing to update its status.

    • Note: Once a claim cycle is closed, all main details become non-editable, but related tabs can still be viewed for further adjustments.

The Claim Cycle History ensures:

  • Traceability: Maintains a record of all claim cycles for reference and compliance.

  • Transparency: Provides clear visibility into the status and details of past claim cycles.

  • Accountability: Enables users to track and verify the closure and management of claim cycles.
