Interface Overview

1. The Side Menu provides quick access to all features of the Claim Cycle Applet:

  • Claim Cycle: View all open and ongoing claim cycles from this page.

  • Pivot Report: This report spans all entities and claim cycles, offering a broader perspective than the Pivot Report available within an individual claim cycle.

  • PV Details Report: Primarily used for auditing purposes, this report helps track and identify what has been posted into the ERP system from E-Claim.

  • Sampling Analysis Report: Designed for finance teams to conduct analysis across all claims, regardless of the entity or time period.

  • Payroll Payment Report:  View and export payroll-related claims, including employee details, claim status, and amounts, filtered by claim cycle and entity.

  • Claim Cycle History: All the closed claim cycles in the past will be listed here.

  1. Claim Cycle Listing

The Claim Cycle Listing displays all ongoing claim cycles in a tabular format. Key columns include:

  • Code: Unique identifier for each claim cycle.

  • Name: Title of the claim cycle (e.g., "Baker Tilly Management claim cycle 2024 October").

  • Status: Shows whether the cycle is OPEN or CLOSED.

  • Total Number of Claims: Indicates the number of claims within the cycle.

Name Format: The name follows the format (Entity_ClaimCycle_Year_Month). This helps users identify cycles based on their entity, year, and month.
