GST Audit File

GST Audit File(GAF) of filling cycle is required by Royal Custom upon request to audit one's GST filling transaction.

RMCD will conduct periodic audits to ensure that GST-03 return are being prepared correctly. Then, businesses may be required to submit a specific breakdown of their business transitions.

GAF is based on the entries to be found in General Ledger Chart of Account, together with master file data for customers & suppliers, and details of invoices, orders, payments & adjustments. By submitting this information electronically, it will save time and cost of business.

To generate the GST Audit File, kindly follow below instructions:

1) Navigate to Extended Modules > Malaysia GST > Reports > GST Audit File

2) Select relevant company and tax filling cycle to generate GAF file.
