Menu Suites
The Menu suite style allows user to choose between two suites. The English suite is the default suite. The Chinese suite was created mainly to cater for the China customers. There is a slight difference in the module arrangement between these 2 suites.
Menu Layout
User is required to choose on the type of menu layout that is preferred.
SMTP (Default)
SMTP - Simple Mail Transport Protocol
You are able to receive emails automatically from EMP whenever something arises.
Example - User companies who sells online may want to get notification whenever a sales or payment is being made. This is when this function come into handy.
Enter your email address, user name and password.
Then click 'Submit'.
Documents Running Number
The reference number for every transaction or documents.
Global - Default number or the PKID number where every number is unique.
Branch-specific - Numbers assigned according to the branches but 2 branches may have the same number as it is not unique.
Time Zone Settings
Users are required to select their time zone in accordance to where are they located at.
