Add/Remove Roles

To add roles customized to your company’s users:

control panel > manage users > role maintenance

Click on the create button

Enter:

  • Role name – The name to be displayed in the role options.
  • Title – The title for the role name.
  • Description
  • Click ‘Add Now’.
  • Please take note of the warning.

To remove roles:

  • Click on the specific role and click button remove.

CLICK OK

If some user are still been attached to the removed user, automatically, that user hold noname role
