Menu Path: Customer > Membership Program > Member Card > Replace
In case of lost or damage of the Member Card, this function can be used to replace the Member Card.
There are 2 ways to search for the customer's details; Card No. and Name (Fuzzy Search).

- When searching for the Name, the list of customers with that name will appear. If a few of your customers are having the same name, you may refer to the other details, such as Address and HP number to identify your customer.
- Click on the Member Card number on the last column.
- The page will move to the form details of the customer.
- The same Member Card number will be used .
