Menu Path: Trading > Purchase > Edit GRN

  • Enter the GRN PKID ( GRN No) , click 'Submit'. The details of the GRN and the items will appear.


  • Please note that not all the information of a GRN can be edited. Editable items are below:
  • Supplier
  • Remarks 
  • Reference Number
  • Project Code / Department code
