This function allows users to transfer goods from one branch to another branch. Note that the system disallow transfer of goods from one branch to another branch with different Company. Internal Stock Transfer can only be done within branches of the same company. This is because from accounting perspective, each company constitutes a full balance sheet, profit and loss account etc . The stock which is an asset in each of the Company CANNOT mysteriously disappear to another Company. |

- Select Branch From → specify the branch that will transfer the items (controlled by permissionwhich controlled under Trading (Permission)
- Select Branch To → specify the branch that will receive the items (controlled by permissionwhich controlled under Trading (Permission)
- Select Transporter - based on driver drop down list configuration Transporter Maintenance
- Key in Reference No
- Select Date
- Key in Remarks
- Click Set Details
- Fill in Action field when applicable if the internal stock transfer is related with Sales Order # / Stock Requisition # / GRN # / Service Note #
...
- Key in Specific Item Code or click Item for search functionfunction → Need to be more than 2 characters
- Key in Packages Item Code → if any
- Scan Serial Number → if any
- Click Reset Form → to start over from the beginning
- Click Confirm and Save → to proceed the internal stock transfer
- Stock Transfer created will be shown under 'Recently Created Stock Transfer' part
NOTES:
- System will show remarks on the Mutil UOM item → Stock Movement Report will calculate accordingly
