- Key - in the correct Member Card.
- In case user is unable to recall the Member Card number, user may click on the Member Card (in blue colour font), and a new Fuzzy Search page will be directed.
- Select the date range for the Membership statement.
- Select Branch and click on the 'Submit' button.
- Upon clicking on the 'Submit' button, a statement will appear as shown in the below image:
- This statement can be printed. Click on the 'Printable Page' to print. Specific Member Card ID or click Member Card for search function
- Select Date Range
- Select Branch → controlled by permission
- Click Printable Page → to print current columns or tables
- Click Printable Page 2 → to print the membership statement without point expiring table
