This function is for any business that want to offer coupon in the business operation for loyal customers or any festival. In order to include this coupon in the business operation users need to activate the coupon by uploading the coupon into the server as the following steps: |
NOTE: STEP 1 AND STEP 2 MUST BE CREATED FIRST BEFORE ABLE TO COUPON ACTIVATION

Step 1: Add

- Go to inventory > Add item

Item
Menu Path: Inventory → Item → Add Item
- Key in the item code and item name
- Choose Serialized → Serialized Number Support
- Choose the Type → Coupon
Step 2: Coupon Details
...
- Click on "Coupon Details
- Set coupon Amount
- Option: Expiry Date & Expiry Validity
- Click Add Now
- Then the system will bring to page as below
- Click Save Change
- " Tab
- Set coupon Amount → price of the coupon
- Set the Face Value → value of the coupon
- Key in the Expiry Date → if any
- Click Add Now button
Step 3: Coupon Activation
Menu Path: Inventory > → Stock Adjustment > Coupon → Coupon Activation
- Select Branch → where the coupon will be located
- Select Date ( refer to upload coupon date) and Remarks
- Click Save Details
- Key in the Item Code or click the Select Item Code
- Click Select
- Item Code for search function
Step 4: Close the popup message

- This is the pop up notification on the quantity on the location
Step 5:
- Click Choose File.
- Select file from desktop in Text File format
- Click Upload File and Process
NOTE: File must be in Text document

Once it successfully uploaded, the popup message appear as below
