Code & Name:
A system-generated unique identifier for the claim cycle.
Follows the format:
Entity_ClaimCycle_Year_Month.
Supervisor Approval Start and End Dates:
Defines the time period when supervisors can review and approve claims for this cycle.Finance Cut-off Date:
Indicates the deadline for claims to be included in this cycle for processing.
Extension End Date:
Reflects any additional time granted for late submissions or adjustments.
Creation and Modification Details:
Includes:
Created By: Displays the user or system account that created the claim cycle.
Creation Date: Shows when the cycle was created.
Modified By/Modified Date: Tracks the last changes made to the cycle.
Using the Preview Claim Cycle feature ensures that claim processes are on track and compliant with organizational policies.
