- The main interface of Create Job Sheet Function, on EMP.

- Key in the respective fields according to the steps labelled as above.
- Key in any relevant keyword into the Item input box to get the list of items available to be choose.
- The details of selected Item and all other details of created Job Sheet will be automatically created upon clicking Submit item.
- The Item are available for Edit, to make any changes if there is any.
- Click Save Job sheet to confirm the Create Job Sheet process.
- The related Job Sheet will be created automatically upon clicking the Save Job Sheet button.
- The Job Sheet Documents are sorted in an ascending order, with the most recent created displayed below.

Menu Path: Trading > Job Sheet > Workshop > Job Sheet > Edit
- The Edit Job Sheet function can be accessed through the Create Job Sheet page, by clicking the link on top right, as you can see on above image OR
- Through the Trading module into the Workshop Edit function.
- In order to edit the Job Sheet, enter the relevant created Job Sheet Reference Number into the Job Sheet # Input Box and click submit.
- Check the red marked field labelled as Job Sheet # , that should display the correct entered JS Reference number.
- Next proceed to make any changes (if there is any).
- The Item are also available for Editing, by clicking the Edit option available on Action column.
- Click the Save Job sheet button upon committing the changes.
