Use this feature The Report allows to keep track of sales order items. |
Filter Criteria:
- Branch;
- Delivery Date Range;
- Keyword;
- Item Delivery Status;
- Location;
- Customer;
- Salesman;
- Sales Order Number.

- Select Branch
- Tick to filter by Delivery Date Range → this is based on Delivery and Collection Status under ITEM LEVEL - OPTIONAL DETAILS
- Key in Keyword → if any
- Select Item Delivery Status → default is all
- Select Location → leave it blank to generate all
- Key in Specific Customer PKID or click Select for search function
- Select Salesman → default is all
- Click Get List
OR
- Key in Specific Sales Order Number and click Submit
NOTES:
- Click the Document Number for pop up function
- Click Upload or Manage for attachment
- This report will be generated if the configuration for sales order item delivery status by quantity is DISABLED → refer to Sales Order Delivery documentation
