This function serves the similar steps as Add Financial Year. Note that, usually the Financial Year and Tax Year are not necessarily the same on the first year of business commencement. Users are advised to identify and distinguish the Financial Year and Tax Year if there are differences specially on the first year. Feature available on EMP on Tax Year:

- Click Add Tax Year
- Select the Filing Type to either be Company or Group
- Select the Company and click Set Company
- Select the new Financial Year from the dropdown list and click Submit
- Select the Financial Year and click Submit
- Select the Date Range and select the Filing Cycle Duration
- Click Add Tax Year

| Filing Cycle Duration | Please follow the Royal Custom submission filing cycle (Please take note that NOT allow to Edit after Added) |
| Approval No | If choose for "Custom Month" or "Custom Duration", need to key in Approval no from Royal Custom |
