EMP (Enterprise Management Portal) Configuration
There is a few Fundamental Configuration we need to setup before we practically starts using the system.
(There is some special function we setup for other customer in other industries which we do not use in Electronics industries, that's why EMP Configuration comes in, enable users to active or inactive some features)Pathway : ( EMP - Control Panel - System Admin - EMP Configurations )
1. SYSTEM : Relevant Configuration Fielda
1.1 EMP calender Function
- This function allows user to view EMP calender - a calender designed for user to use Calender booking function(for delivery) from Sales Order created.
2. TRADINGa
2.1 Five Cent Rounding Concept
- By default the system will not perform 5 cent rounding for item sold , by enable this function, system will automatically round up the 5 cent figure.

Step 3 : EMP configuration> Trading> Apply Five Cent Concept > tick "Enable" & key in item code "ROUNDING"

2.2 New Item Search
- The New Item Search Function enable user to search item including Package Item.

2.3 Full Screen Cash Input Focus with Color
- This configuration enable the colorize background in the Full Screen Cash Sale ,which indicate and alert user which field their cursor is pointing at.

3.3 Phone Line Extension Option
- Phone line Extension Option allow user to key in required Line Extension based on the country code, or state code which they required.
