  1. Click on Control Panel-­‐>System Admin-­‐>Manage Users-­‐>Configure Role Permissions
  2. Select appropriate role to edit permission
  3. Click on “Loyalty” menu link
  4. Click on “General Loyalty Module Permissions” link
  5. Click on the all checkboxes as shown (on the right)
  6. Click on “Submit” button
    Note: Even if you allow user to have “Permission to edit membercard”, once the “Enabled Invoice Checking” (previous section) configuration is turned on, user would not be able to edit the member expiration date.
