Navigate to the Claim Cycle section from the Claim Cycle Applet side menu
This section lists all open claim cycles, providing a high-level overview of ongoing claim processes.From the Claim Cycle Listing, select the claim cycle you want to view by clicking on it.
Each row displays:Code: Unique identifier for the claim cycle.
Name: Descriptive title of the claim cycle.
Status: Indicates whether the claim cycle is
OPEN
orCLOSED
.Total Number of Claims: Displays the total claims within the cycle.
A page will pop up on the right with various tabs. You can scroll through these tabs using the arrow to access all tabs available. The tabs will be explained in detail under Claim Cycle Edit.

There are also many tabs you are able to navigate through inside a claim cycle, including
Main Details: Displays the cycle’s metadata, such as the company entity, cycle code, and important dates like the supervisor approval start/end dates and the finance cut-off date.
Claim Lines: Lists all claims under this cycle with their detailed statuses, enabling users to review and take necessary actions.
Checking Reports: Used for audit-related tasks, providing a breakdown of claims for compliance verification.
Payroll Payment: Focuses on claims related to payroll, such as reimbursements tied to employee salaries.
Sampling: Enables sampling of claims for detailed financial analysis and auditing purposes.
Sampling Analysis Report: Provides a comprehensive breakdown of sampled claims for further review and decision-making.
Bank Report: Displays bank-related claim details to ensure smooth reconciliation of payments.
PV Details Report: Tracks claims that have been posted into the ERP system for auditing and record-keeping purposes.
Cross-Billing Report: Manages claims that involve cross-department or cross-entity billing.
Pivot Report: Generates cross-entity summaries to offer a broader perspective on claims beyond a specific cycle.
Professional Subscription Report: Shows claims associated with professional memberships or subscriptions, allowing tracking and validation of such expenses.

window. This tab provides an overview of the key metadata for the selected claim cycle. The details presented in this tab are automatically generated by the system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

The Main Details Tab displays the following information:
Company (Entity):
Shows the entity associated with the claim cycle.
Useful for identifying the organization or department managing the claims.
Status:
Indicates the current status of the claim cycle (e.g.,
OPEN
orCLOSED
).
However, other than the ‘Status’, you are not allowed to make any changes or modification to the claim cycle itself. As the details are auto-generated by the system based on the cut-off date.

Code & Name:
A system-generated unique identifier for the claim cycle.
Follows the format:

Supervisor Approval Start and End Dates:
Defines the time period when supervisors can review and approve claims for this cycle.Finance Cut-off Date:
Indicates the deadline for claims to be included in this cycle for processing.
Extension End Date:
Reflects any additional time granted for late submissions or adjustments.
Creation and Modification Details:
Includes:
Created By: Displays the user or system account that created the claim cycle.
Creation Date: Shows when the cycle was created.
Modified By/Modified Date: Tracks the last changes made to the cycle.
Using the Preview Claim Cycle feature ensures that claim processes are on track and compliant with organizational policies.
