9.3.1 Sale Order Listing

  1. The listing will show all the sale orders pulled from various marketplace and physical store orders.

  2. In order to identify which one is refer to marketplace order, user may check based on branch name and marketplace order no as it will show the related information from marketplace.

6. However, if the order items does not match with item listing , the sale order no will show in red colour and posting status will be DRAFT.

7. If the order is in DRAFT mode, click on the order to edit the item to the correct one.

8. By default, it will show SHOPEE_DEFAULT_ITEM or LAZADA_DEFAULT_ITEM if it is not match with master item data. To change it, click on the default item code and select the correct item from the master listing.

10. Lastly , tick the sale order to finalise the document before we update the marketplace status.

9.3.3 Ecomsync Dashboard

  1. This module will be more on reporting purpose to know more on the marketplace performance.

  2. Enhancement is on-going to improve this reporting.

9.3.4 Ecomsync Scheduler

  1. In order to pull all the marketplace order back to internal sale order applet, we will need to run the order processor.

  2. This will be configured under the ‘Ecomsync Scheduler’ module in the applet.

  1. Scheduler code - to choose from the dropdown (LAZADA_SALES_ORDER_IDS/SHOPEE_ORDER)

  2. Scheduler name - Specify the name

  3. Time interval & interval - How long the interval between one processor run to next processor to run

  4. Branch List - Select the marketplace branch

  5. Event status - at what marketplace status the order to be pulled in to the applet

  6. Email 1 - To be notified for any missing items in the order

  7. Cron expression - the scheduler for each processor to run (at least every 15 minutes as global processor is set at every 15 minutes)

9.3.5 Batch Printing

  1. This module to allow user to be able to do bulk printing for the marketplace order printable.
