The delivery function allows the user to organize delivery trips to customers based on invoices . For Example, when the user wants to deliver some items, these items are assumed to have an invoice which has been issued previously.and its delivery pool. Therefore, once the user wants to create any delivery trip, user should scan / register these items' invoices in the delivery pool at FIRST. |
Delivery Pool Maintenance

- Enter the Invoice Number
- Click "Add to Delivery Pool" button.
- User can notice the message "Successfully added to Delivery Pool" with red colour at the top of the page.
3rd Party Consignment Note
- Enter the Invoice Number
- Enter the 3rd Party Consignment Note
- Click 'Save'
Delivery Pool List
- Select Delivery Pool State;
- order Select Order By;
- Enter Invoice Date Range.
- Click 'Show Delivery Pool'
Notes:
- System will show warning message when enter another Invoice number which has not been scanned at 3rd Party Consignment Note
