Step 3: Select All > Clcik "Insert" menu > "Pivot Table" > place in new worksheet

Step 4: 

  1. drag the P13_TaxCode to Rows column
  2. drag the P11_PValueMYR & P12_PGSTValueMYR to Values column
  3. clcik on Image Added changed to summarize by "Sum"
  4. highlight Column B & C and then click on  Image Added
