| This function is to transfer in the Membership details from CSV (delimited) file to EMP software. |
Sometimes, you may receive multiple registration for new membership cards in a day.
Therefore, instead of typing in the each customer's details in the EMP software, you may ease the registration by key-in each customer's details in Excel - CSV file, and later upload it in EMP software.
It is advised to upload it on daily basis if you are receiving large number of member card registration everyday.

Step 1: Click on the hyperlink: 'Download Template File'
Notes:
- Select relevant source fields and add to target fields (The compulsory fields are pre-selected and can not be removed)
- The default format is “comma” delimiter
Step 2: Fill in the data

Step 3: Save the file, save as comma separated values (.csv) format
Step 4:Upload file
Sample of Error Message:
- If the file is not successfully uploaded, please refer to the column with RED color background
- Please move the cursor to the RED color background to see the Error Message
- If this situation happen, please verify and correct the error eg: in the above case, put the add the Member Type Column in the file
- After editing the file, please repeat STEP 4
Notes:
- The file will REPLACE the existing membership with SAME member card number.
