Permission Setup For Membership Creation With Invoice Checking

  1. Click on Control Panel-­‐>System Admin-­‐>Manage Users-­‐>Configure Role Permissions
  2. Select appropriate role to edit permission
  3. Click on “Loyalty” menu link
  4. Click on “General Loyalty Module Permissions” link
  5. Click on the all checkboxes as shown (on the right)
  6. Click on “Submit” button
    Note: Even if you allow user to have “Permission to edit membercard”, once the “Enabled Invoice Checking” (previous section) configuration is turned on, user would not be able to edit the member expiration date.

 

 

Membership Creation With Invoice Checking

  1. Click on Other Modules-­‐>Loyalty-­‐>Member Card-­‐>Create
  2. Key in membership info as required
  3. Key in Invoice # where the membership fee is being billed
  4. Click on “Set Details” button at the bottom of screen (invoice number will be validated with the correct item code)
  5. Click on “Create New Member Card Now” button
  6. EMP will prompt you to key in another Invoice # if (see screen shot):
  7. Invoice does not contain item code that represent member fee
  8. Invoice # is used (for any prior validation) 
    Note: It is VERY IMPORTANT to note that INVOICE # CAN ONLY be used ONCE. If such situation arose, user is advised to create a new invoice and cancel the old invoice before proceed to creating a new member.
