This function can Convert multiple Job Sheets that belong to one customer to one invoice. This also can convert multiple invoices that belong to same saleman and salesman and customer to one invoice.

• Make sure Jobsheets are existunder specific customer or specific salesman under Create Job Sheet page
• Select Branch
• Select Customer → which customer want to be consolidated
• Select Transaction Date

• Click Consolidate
• Printable page will shown after successful

NOTES:

• Invoice will be created if the Jobsheet Total Amount is MORE than Minimum Price under EMP Configuration - Trading (Job Sheet Minimum Price Checking While Consolidate) part
• Invoice will NOT be created if the Jobsheet Total Amount is LESS than Minimum Price under EMP Configuration - Trading (Job Sheet Minimum Price Checking While Consolidate) part
