Navigate to the Claim Cycle section from the Claim Cycle Applet side menu
This section lists all open claim cycles, providing a high-level overview of ongoing claim processes.From the Claim Cycle Listing, select the claim cycle you want to view by clicking on it.
Each row displays:Code: Unique identifier for the claim cycle.
Name: Descriptive title of the claim cycle.
Status: Indicates whether the claim cycle is
OPENorCLOSED.Total Number of Claims: Displays the total claims within the cycle.
A page will pop up on the right with various tabs. You can scroll through these tabs using the arrow to access all tabs available. The tabs will be explained in detail under Claim Cycle Edit.

Main Details: Displays the cycle’s metadata, such as the company entity, cycle code, and important dates like the supervisor approval start/end dates and the finance cut-off date.
Claim Lines: Lists all claims under this cycle with their detailed statuses.
Checking Reports: Used for audit-related tasks.
Payroll Payment: Focuses on claims related to payroll.
Using the Preview Claim Cycle feature ensures that claim processes are on track and compliant with organizational policies.
