Menu Path: Inventory > Stock Adjustment > Coupon Activation

This function is for any business that want to offer coupon in the business operation for loyal customers or any festival. In order to include this coupon in the business operation users need to activate the coupon by uploading the coupon into the server as the following steps: |
NOTE: STEP 1 AND STEP 2 MUST BE CREATED FIRST BEFORE ABLE TO COUPON ACTIVATION
Step 1: Add coupon
- Go to inventory > Add item
- Create Item Code
- Item Name
- Type: Select (Coupon)
Step 2: Coupon Details
- Go to inventory > Add item > Coupon Details
- Set coupon Amount
- Option: Expiry Date & Expiry Validity
- Click Add Now
- Then the system will bring to page as below
- Click Save Change
Step 3: Coupon Activation
Inventory > Stock Adjustment > Coupon Activation
- Select Branch where the coupon will be located
- Select Date ( refer to upload coupon date)
- Key in the Select Item Code
- Click Select
Close the popup message
Step 4:
- Click Choose File
- Click Upload File and Process
NOTE: File must be in CSV ( Comma-delimited format).
Once it successfully uploaded, the popup message appear as below
