GST Audit File(GAF) of filling cycle is required by Royal Custom upon request to audit one's GST filling transaction. RMCD will conduct periodic audits to ensure that GST-03 return are being prepared correctly. Then, businesses may be required to submit a specific breakdown of their business transitions. GAF is based on the entries to be found in General Ledger Chart of Account, together with master file data for customers & suppliers, and details of invoices, orders, payments & adjustments. By submitting this information electronically, it will save time and cost of business. |
To generate the GST Audit File, kindly follow below instructions:
1) Navigate to Extended Modules > Malaysia GST > Reports > GST Audit File
2) Select relevant company and tax filling cycle to generate GAF file.
If system prompt you to download the file, click Yes to proceed download.

- Click on GAF Version 1 OR GAF Version 2
- Select Company and click Submit
- Select Tax Filing Cycle
OR
- Select Filling Date
- Select Output File Format → Text File or CSV (XML file)
