  • Customer > Credit Memo > Listing
  • Select a branch or 'All branches'. Then, input a date range and Customer Account PKID (if known). If the PKID is not known, click 'Search'. If the user wants to view all the credit memos from all branches, there is no need to input PKID but just click 'Submit'.
  • Select an open balance of debit, credit, zero or 'ALL' (if the user wants to view all credit memos).
  • Choose a 'State' of 'Normal', 'Reversed' or ALL (for both states).
  • Then click 'Submit'.

  • Click on the credit memo number on the left (eg. CM1001) to view the credit memo.
  • Click on 'Contra' for Contra Customer Credit Memo.
