This report shows:

1. Role – Accountant, manager, marketing, sales, cashier, etc.
2. Users – Names of users who fit the roles.
3. Permission Tag – What functions users have access to in EMP. Each roles have different access to different functions. The higher the position, the more wider access in EMP.
4. PCC, Branch or Location – Which Branch to functions the users have access to.

  • System Admin > Manage Users > Role Permissions Report
  • Choose selected roles from the list. Click ‘Select All’ or ‘Unselect All’.
  • Click ‘Generate Report Now’.
  • The report containing the four (no.1-4) columns above will be displayed.
  • Click ‘Printable Page’ to print the report in a presentable layout.
